Plans, billing, and your data

BooksGPT is a one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription.

Plans:

• Solo, $189 once. 1 bank connection and 200 AI categorizations per month.
• Business, $289 once. 3 bank connections, 4,000 AI categorizations per month, multiple workspaces, and a read-only CPA handoff.

Both include the AI accountant, invoicing, and reports. You can upgrade Solo to Business later for the difference. Optional add-ons include extra bank connections ($3 per month each) and extra workspaces. Checkout is a single Stripe charge, and Stripe emails your receipt.

Refunds: 30 days, no questions asked. Email hello@booksgpt.ai within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full license fee within 5 business days.

Your data:

• Export individual reports anytime from each report screen, as CSV or PDF.
• For a full export of your data, or to delete your account, email hello@booksgpt.ai and we will take care of it.

Note: there is no self-serve billing portal. For any billing change, email hello@booksgpt.ai.
