Cancel a trial or monthly plan
Cancel from Settings. You keep access through the time you already have. Nothing is deleted.
Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then find Plan & billing.
If you are on a trial that will charge your card
This is the 30-day trial that turns into a lifetime plan unless you stop it.
- Click Cancel trial / stop the charge.
- Click Yes, cancel the charge to confirm, or Keep my trial to leave it as is.
You keep full access until the trial ends. Then you move to the Free plan and you are not charged.
If you pay monthly
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Click Confirm cancellation, or Keep my plan to leave it as is.
You keep full access through the period you already paid for. Then you move to the Free plan. Your books stay as they are.
Changed your mind before that date? Click Keep my plan to keep renewing.
If you already bought lifetime
There is nothing to cancel. Lifetime has no monthly charge.
Extra workspaces you added on top of that are billed monthly and can be removed from the same Plan & billing section.
Good to know
- Free still lets you import. Live bank sync and the full AI accountant need a paid plan.
- What each plan includes is in "What counts as a bank connection, and what each plan includes".
