Run your financial reports

BooksGPT gives you the standard accounting reports, ready to export. Reports live in business workspaces.

Open a report:

1. Click Reports in the sidebar to open Profit and Loss.
2. For the full list, open the sidebar More menu and the Reports group: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, AR Aging, AP Aging, Sales Tax, Account Balances, Income by Customer, Purchases by Vendor, and General Ledger.

Set the range and export:

1. Set the dates (From and To, or As of, depending on the report), then click Apply.
2. Each report shows the date its data is current through.
3. Click CSV to download, or Print to print or save as a PDF.

Note: these are accounting reports, so they appear in business workspaces, not personal ones.
